Gregg Gillis a.k.a. Girl Talk has just released his latest album/mixtape. Word on the street is this one took him 2.5 years. For those who don't know Girl Talk, he mashes and uses all sorts of samples, and what he does truly is an art, despite what some may say. Girl Talk Comes To Fordham

Friday night ended up being a shit show for a lot of people. Friday night was the night that Girl Talk came to Fordham University. Thousands of people flooded the Lombardi Fieldhouse for this, many of which I don't think knew much about Girl Talk at all. The night started with Richie Coppolino opening up. Not going to lie, he was pretty awesome. He kept the crowd entertained, moving, jumping and having an awesome time. Many said that he was even better than Girl Talk that night. Girl Talk then came on. The crowd went absolutely nuts and the night went on from there. Gregg Gillis (Girl Talk) puts so much energy into what he does, which allows the crowd to vibe off him. This was my second Girl Talk show, and while it wasn't as good as the one before, it was still fun (The mass sweat in the crowd combined with tons of people throwing up hurt the chances).

Girl Talk Coming To Fordham

Yes people, the rumors are true. I found out yesterday at noon that indeed Girl Talk is coming to Fordham University on September 4 of this year. Now I went to a Girl Talk show last November. He did not disappoint whatsoever. People can say whatever they want that he doesn't mix his music live, but he puts on a damn good show and reads the vibes of the crazy crowds to build better momentum in his song selection for the night. Now the details of that night are as follows: Fordham University students only. Tickets will be sold online beginning in July for $15 a person. The event will take place in the Lombardi Fieldhouse. This one is sure to be a banger.

Everyone, today is my roommate Vince's birthday, so here is a shout out to him. I wanted to post a certain embarassing pic, but I couldn't get my hands on it. So here is a pic of my roommate when he and I were on stage at a Girl Talk show back in November.
